Pathways to the Sea

The Akarana Marine Sports Charitable Trust (AMSCT) is the governance body behind the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre – an international quality, marine based multi-sport facility to be built on The Landing, Okahu Bay in Auckland, opening in 2019.

The trust’s mission is to actively promote and provide sports education, recreation and leisure opportunities to the community of Orakei, Auckland and beyond; providing a safe and well informed environment in which people can grow and explore in and around the sea.
